Dear doctor!

SU «Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases named after L.V. Gromashevsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine» and «Ekofarm» LLC «NVK» present a new scientific and practical professional medical journal «PREVENTIVE MEDICINE. THEORY AND PRACTICE».

This publication is relevant in the practice of doctors of many specialties, and especially – for primary care provision – family doctors. Leading scientists and practicing doctors of Ukraine highlight the theoretical and practical directions of preventive medicine on the pages of the magazine.

Members of the Editorial Board and Editorial Board - leading specialists in the medical field of Ukraine - are convinced that domestic medicine should emphasize preventive practices aimed at improving and expanding the body's reserves in order to continue a full and quality life of a specific person .

Modern medicine has many sophisticated tools for early detection and timely correction of imbalances in the body in order to maximally prevent the occurrence of various complex diseases, pathologies or complications that are dangerous to human life and health.

Journal "PREVENTIVE MEDICINE". THEORY AND PRACTICE» aimed at the activation of just such a component in the professional activity of a doctor.

The priority for the journal "Preventive Medicine" there is an institute of family medicine, because by definition, this is a branch of medicine that deals with the "formation, preservation, strengthening and restoration of the health of a person and his family through primary health care".
